At Aurélien, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if your items are not quite right, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer boxes and secure them inside a protective shipping carton along with the provided return form.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier at any official drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund.
